来自柏林的Modern Talking成立于1983年，团员包括作曲者兼制作人Dieter Bohlen以及当时堪称〈少女杀手〉的俊美主唱Thomas Anders两人，是欧洲着名的舞曲组合，许多歌曲脍炙人口，成为八○年代中期欧陆舞曲乐坛的唯一代名词。翻唱成中文的一曲“路灯下的小姑娘”当年也曾风靡全中国。

但是好景不长，两人于1987年分道扬镳。单飞后两人都没有成功过，在1998年两人又重组。并重新演绎了多首成名单曲．
此DVD发行于2003年。命名为The Final Album - The Ultimate DVD。里面收集了Modern Talking的多首着名歌曲的MV，是歌迷们不可多得的收藏珍品．
